Whisky drinking is not our job, or even a full time hobby. We
are two friends sharing information about the malts we try over the Internet.
This is something new to us, but we don’t mind sharing our thoughts to others
over this site. Our rating system is very simple; we each have our opinion and
will state if we would recommend the drink to family or a friend, we’ll call
this a “Bottoms Up”. If we both review the same whisky and we both feel it is respectable,
that whisky will earn “Two Bottoms Up”.
